Presentation and Final Touches

We had our final presentation with the visitor from ROAR Studio this morning. By then, we've actually completed our entire project, with the book ready to be printed and our animations working well with Junaio.

The comments that the visitor gave us were;
- Reduce the file size of your animations, so that it would load faster on the devices
- Upload the series onto a portal such as Deviatart or Facebook page, so that trios can be packaged as merchandises.
- Book should be printed on a matte surface, so that the QR codes can be scanned properly, as compared to glossy material that would reflect light.

Before this, I realized that if our animations were to be just sound effects and animations, it can be quite difficult for viewers to understand what the animation is actually about. I suggested to the group to add a description on the lower thirds, just like how we did with our book so that the whole video could be clearer to the viewers. We managed to include that, along with the sound effects and background music before we presented to the visitor.

We were actually ready to print our book yesterday, but when Voon Ann went to the print station, they said that we forgot to create outlines for our texts, and their computers did not have the fonts that we used. And they also mentioned that our texts are too close to the borders, so there's a chance that it might be chopped off after printing. Hence, they suggested us to create a 5mm box within the A4 size of the book, and make sure that our texts is within that box. Since we only found out yesterday, we haven't managed to make changes yet.

Angie.
